Happy Friday!

I have a health + wellness tool for you that you are going to love. As part of my profession, I help clients reach their goals through accountability. Many of you reading this will attest to that being a very integral part in working with me. I thoroughly love this part of my job, empowering others, helping them create lasting changes and offering tools to aid that process along the way.

My Gift to You!

For those of you that I haven't worked with yet, offering the Happy Tracker to you today is just one small way to get a sense of who I am as a Health Coach (and SO much more, click to learn more about all that I offer).

Once you have the Happy Tracker downloaded, print it out and use it! ;)

I suggest starting on Monday with the brand new week. Take a look at it now though and get a sense of what you might want to focus on, or how you may plan ahead to utilize this tool successfully! Think about the best times to accomplish each part of this calendar and create an action plan to get H.A.P.P.Y. - this includes:

~ Practice Self-Care

~ Planning Food

~ You Time

With the right mindset, you CAN accomplish each piece and each day of this tracker. The best part is, it's unique to you, your lifestyle and what makes you shine! So get creative and have fun with it.
