Hi, I’m Lila Ojeda, MS, RDN, CSCS, RYT, CLT


I serve as your teacher, supporter, and motivator to help you learn which foods and exercises will work best with your body and help shape the new you! I have been doing this as LO Solutions since 2000.


My clients create lasting and real change that becomes a liberating expression of the body and mind they always knew was inside.

I am passionate and enthusiastic about making nutrition fun, straightforward, and flavorful! My goal is to help cut through all that confusion and provide clear tips for healthy eating, often dispelling a few nutrition and exercise myths along the way.


Currently, I offer dynamic seminars around the Portland area, and I also work on a number of publications and on-line resources to provide useful, scientifically accurate, and easy-to-read information about nutrition, health and fitness. I am a published nutrition author and have been a contributor to online media programs.

So what are all of those letters after my name?


  • MS: Masters of Science in Health Studies with an Exercise Emphasis, Portland State University (PSU); 2003.

  • BS: Bachelors of Science in Dietetics; minors in Exercise Physiology & Spanish (University of California, Davis); 1998

  • RDN: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (national). Dietetic Internship: Oregon Health & Sciences University; 1999. Registered Dietitians are Qualified Nutritionists.

  • LDN: Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (state of Oregon); 1999

  • CSCS: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA); 2000. This is a national all encompassing Personal Training certificate.

  • Pilates Certified on all equipment& Mat: Pilates Method Alliance (national); 2006, and Core Dynamics Pilates; 2007

  • RYT: Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200 hour), Yoga Alliance (national); Summer 2010.

  • CLT: Certified LEAP Therapist (for food sensitivities and inflammation); 2013.

  • AND: Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics: 1996- present

  • NSCA: National Strength and Conditioning Association; 2000 –present

  • RYA: Registered Yoga Alliance: 2010-Present
