The Pacific Northwest Anti-Inflammatory Reference Cookbook was created in the Bionutrition Unit of the Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute.
Registered Dietitians, research technicians and culinary experts participated in the development of the nutrition information and recipes. This project resulted from the collaboration between the Natural College of Naturopathic Medicine and OHSU to carry out an NIH-sponsored research study on the health effects of a naturopathic anti-inflammatory diet.
